Marsha Cory

Partner in the municipal consulting firm of Simmering - Cory, Inc. and Iowa Codification, Inc.  Principal responsibilities include day-to-day technical assistance to city code clients and coordination of codification services, and grant writing and administration.  Marsha has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Iowa State University.

Tom Simmering

Partner in the municipal consulting firm of Simmering-Cory, Inc. and Iowa Codification, Inc.  Principal responsibilities include grant writing and administration, as well as coordination of numerous economic development activities to a variety of clients including cities, counties, local development corporations, and private businesses.  Tom has a Masters of Science in Town and Regional Planning from Iowa State University.

Melanie Mitchell

Housing Program Administrator -- Principal responsibilities include administration of all housing programs.  Melanie as worked with Federal/State funded housing programs for over 20 years and was Director of North Iowa Regional Housing Authority prior to coming to work with Simmering-Cory.
